What is adaptive apparel?

Garments that are made especially for those with physical difficulties and/or illness requiring easy to put on and easy to take off.  Fresh Comfort has created apparel that meets these criteria plus we have added smart technology to make the wearer more comfortable.

Why should I purchase Intimate Apparel from Fresh Comfort vs. other everyday intimates? 

The Fresh Comfort product line has been especially designed and manufactured for convalescent women, meaning all seams have been hidden or removed to avoid skin irritation.  Also, front closures have been used for the bras to make it easier to dress.

What makes these garments different?  

Innovation and technology that is readily available in active sportswear apparel is now available in Fresh Comfort garments for those who want to be comfortable and dry all day long.

Sorbtek® technology, what is it?   

The yarns used in the zipper bra and bottoms have inherent moisture management finishes that move moisture/perspiration away from the skin to help keep it dry, these finishes will not wash out as the garments are laundered.  Very important to keep in mind is to not use fabric softener when laundering the garments. What does seamless mean and why is it important?   

Seamless technology allows for a garment to be knitted with shaping without having to use seams.  Typically, seamless garments are not cut other than to shape the neckline and armhole.  We went further and made an opening in the center front of the bras to make these easier to dress and secure the bras.  We are using seamless technology to accommodate the needs of our customer.

How can flat seams help me?

Hidden and flat seams greatly reduce skin irritation which can be caused by bulky, scratchy seams found in conventional underwear.

How should I measure myself to find my correct bra?

How many bras should I purchase? 

Typically, you should have one that you're wearing, one being laundered and one ready to wear.  However, for those who do not have laundry access regularly, ordering a few additional bras may be a good thing.

Why do Fresh Comfort garments fit multiple sizes?  

The seamless underwear is made similar to pantyhose that stretch with the body.  The Fresh Comfort product is not restrictive, this allows for all day comfort.  The Easy-Open bra has a Velcro® closure that can be tighten or loosened according to the wearer's comfort level.

How long should my bras last? 

Bras will usually last 6-9 months, depending on how often these are rotated.  Perspiration, body oils, cream and perfumes will disintegrate fibers.  Bras should be laundered after each wear to help maintain the longevity of the fibers.

How should I care for my garments?

How can my family give me a gift card/certificate for Fresh Comfort garments?

We have created a "Wish List" option; this allows you to choose the items you like.  Once done you can share your list with family and friends – we take the guess work out!

Does Fresh Comfort offer gift cards?   

Yes, we are pleased to offer this option making it easier for the buyer to give the right gift.  Please refer to our gift certificate options.

How long will my order take to process?    

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours during normal working days.  Please allow extra time during holidays.  Rush orders will be processed same day, if received before 2 PM central time.

How can I track my order?   

When your order ships, we will send you an email notification which will include a tracking number.  This number will allow you  to see where your package is and expected date of arrival. 

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy.  We only ask that your return be unworn, unaltered garment/s with intact attached hang tags and package for a full credit (less shipping charges) of your purchase.  See our return policy for more details.  If you have used the garment already and need to discuss the product please contact customer service at 214-705-0408.

Who pays for return shipping? 

You are responsible for return shipping fees.  When we process your return, a fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your return credit.
